hyperdreams is an immersion into the bedrooms of hyperpop – refracting sounds from a genre that glistens in some realm between internet and fantasy. More than a site for sleeping, the bedroom is a site of dreaming. It is where our most intimate connections and ideas are formed, it’s where we sleep, dream, dress up, log in. Hyperdreams is an homage to these bedrooms - the bedrooms of songwriters, listeners, producers, gamers and Sims 2 players – bedrooms as Pandora's boxes of sparkly artifacts and sonic meta-tephras, light-filled multiverse microcosmos.
